Noah Kaarbo got his start in the game industry when the first Xbox launched in 2001. Alongside a small team of artists, he started his design career working for Microsoft Games as a user interface designer on NFL Fever and NHL Rivals. Since then, he has formed Kaarbo Design which has helped ship over 25 games including high profile titles like Halo Reach, Forza Racing, and Infamous 2. He has been hired as an interaction consultant for early Microsoft Surface touch tables, helped shape the Xbox Live experience, managed development teams of up to twenty contractors, owned and operated a reference stock photography business, and is now operating as the design director and founder at Ozone Interactive.

kenny lammers

Technical Director  |  Co-Founder

Having helped ship titles for the first Xbox launch nearly 15 years ago, Kenny lammers is, to say the least, an game industry veteran. He has worked as a technical director for both Activision and Microsoft helping bring emerging technologies like Procedural Asset Creation, Procedural Texture Creation, 3D Scanning, and Rapid Prototyping to some of the most respected game studios in the industry. He has talked at countless conferences, given speeches around the world, and is currently both the voice and technical mad scientist behind all the educational game development courses at Gametutor.com as well as operating technical director and co-founder of Ozone Interactive.
